He stated that the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) will indeed implement KYC rules, but the specific implementation method has not been fully determined yet, and real-name verification is just one of the methods. Wu Jiezhuang emphasized that the specific plan will be submitted to the HKMA by the stablecoin issuer, and upon obtaining the HKMA's satisfaction and approval, it can be implemented.
