Resolv Foundation Completes March Security Incident Compensation, Shifts Focus to Vault Street Business
The Resolv Foundation has released its Q2 2026 report, stating that following the security incident on March 22, all efforts have been concentrated on compensating affected users. A total of 9% of the total supply of RESOLV tokens has been allocated for compensation, with 70% distributed to affected RLP holders. As of the end of the quarter, the related settlement work has been largely completed or is nearing completion. Moving forward, the company's focus will fully shift to developing the Vault Street business. Vault Street is set to launch in June 2026, with its core product, primeUSD, utilizing investment-grade collateralized leverage arbitrage strategies. The collateral assets include tokenized treasury bills (USTB), JTRSY, and have expanded to include the Janus Henderson AAA CLO fund (JAAA). The leverage ratio is planned to gradually increase from 10% to a maximum of 30%, with all positions leveraging through Aave Horizon, targeting a net annualized return of 5% to 8%.
