CEO Paul Prager stated that the 20-year lease indicates rising demand for AI computing and supports TeraWulf's strategy of owning power, land, and operations. The company is divesting non-core assets to concentrate capital on fully controlled AI data centers. Building these data centers is a multi-year process, with labor being a significant execution challenge. TeraWulf has also indicated that Bitcoin mining is no longer part of its long-term strategy. Prager emphasized that the AI infrastructure boom is limited by power quality rather than land availability.
