White House Cryptocurrency Committee Executive Director Bo Hines to Step Down, Return to Private Sector
BlockBeats News, August 10th, according to crypto journalist Eleanor Terrett, White House Cryptocurrency Council Executive Director Bo Hines is set to step down and return to the private sector.
Before joining the Trump administration, Hines served as a partner at a growth equity investment firm. After stepping down, he will continue to assist with artificial intelligence affairs in a special government employee capacity, alongside White House cryptocurrency and AI lead David Sacks.
Hines's deputy, Patrick Witt, is expected to take over as the acting director. More updates to follow.
