Why Hasn’t My Withdrawal Arrived on WEEX?

If your withdrawal hasn’t shown up in your wallet or on another exchange, check these common issues:

Transaction Processing

Withdrawals need blockchain confirmations before reaching your wallet. Depending on network traffic, this can take minutes or hours. Use your TxID (transaction hash) to track the status.

Wrong Address or Missing Tag/Memo

Make sure the withdrawal address is correct and on the right network. Some coins (like XRP, XLM, EOS) also require a Tag or Memo. Missing these details may stop the funds from being credited.

Network Mismatch

Always select the correct blockchain network. For example, sending USDT-ERC20 to a TRC20 wallet can result in permanent loss. Ensure WEEX and your destination wallet support the same network.

Receiving Platform Delay

Even after blockchain confirmation, some wallets or exchanges take extra time to credit funds. If confirmed but not credited, contact the receiving platform’s support.

Next Steps

  1. Find your TxID in WEEX’s withdrawal history.
  2. Check it on a blockchain explorer.
  3. Verify the address, network, and Tag/Memo (if needed).
  4. If confirmed but still missing, reach out to the destination platform.
