According to Lookonchain monitoring, before the price of HYPE rose, a short seller was selling HYPE while closing positions. They released 443,180 HYPE (27 million USD) from staking, sold 231,899 HYPE (14.15 million USD), and still have 211,281 HYPE (13 million USD) remaining for sale. They still hold a short position of 141,500 HYPE (8.67 million USD), with an unrealized loss of over 2.5 million USD.
